4 hours of photography time for your wedding and reception coverage. 300.00 of this plan is the reservation/creation fee to reserve our services for your wedding date and time for creating the wedding images. The remaining 900.00  is to be applied towards the bride and groom's minimum order.

option #2    1400.00

5 hours of photography time for your wedding and reception coverage. 400.00 of this is the reservation/creation fee. The remaining 1000.00 is to be applied towards the bride and groom's minimum order.

    option #3    2000.00

6 hours of photography time for your wedding and reception coverage. 500.00 of this is the reservation/creation fee. The remaining 1500.00 is to be applied towards the bride and groom's minimum order.

    option #4    2800.00

7 hours of photography time for your wedding and reception coverage. 600.00 of this is the reservation/creation fee. The remaining 2200.00 is to be applied towards the bride and groom's minimum order.

option #4 also includes one 11x14 wall portrait.

Option #1 & #2 start 2 hours before the ceremony

To allow us to work more efficiently, other cameras will not be permitted during our pre-wedding and altar session.
Travel outside the greater Holland/Zeeland  area will be charged  a minimum of 75.00.
Additional hours will be billed 200.00 per hour.

Payment Terms

A 300.00 deposit is required to hold your date and time. This will be applied toward the total fee of the wedding option you have selected. However, it is not refundable if the wedding is canceled or if we cannot cover your wedding due to a date change made by you. The reservation fee is the only portion of the plan which does not apply toward your photographs. The balance is due in full 7 days before your wedding. Prices are guaranteed 90 days from the date of your wedding. Orders placed after that are subject to any price increase in place.

Please add 6% Michigan sales tax to all orders that exceed the original Wedding Option purchased. A 50% deposit of the total amount is due at the time your order is placed (no orders will be processed until the deposit is received by Image Artistry's Photography).
