• Image Artistry's Photography has received a 300.00 deposit
to hold your date and time for the month of ___________________

• This deposit is non-refundable if your wedding should be canceled
or if we cannot cover your wedding due to a date change made by you.
• 2 to 3 hours before the ceremony is to begin we agree to meet at
the location:

the wedding ceremony. We will begin with portraits of the bride and groom
together at the time stated above. The wedding party must also be available
for photographs at this time.
• ________ The bride and groom do not agree to see each other
before the ceremony. We will begin with either the bride or groom along
with their attendants at the time stated above. All persons in the wedding
party must be available for photographs at this time.
• The bride and groom have agreed on option # _______. The balance
in full is due 7 days before the wedding.
• ________ Travel outside the greater Holland/Zeeland area will
be charged a minimum of 75.00.
• Any checks returned to Image Artistry's Photography because
of insufficient funds in account will be charged a 30.00 fee.
• LIMIT OF LIABILITY: Great pride and care goes into capturing your
wedding. However, if something should go wrong (camera malfunction, lab
processing, etc.) Image Artistry's Photography is ONLY LIABLE to refund
your 300.00 deposit and your Wedding Package balance that was received
before your wedding day.
• Image Artistry's Photography is hereby granted permission
to use any photographs made from the negatives of this sitting for display,
exhibition or general advertising purpose.
• Image Artistry's Photography is not responsible for any
one shot or pose. It will do its best to meet all the requested shots
of the bridal couple.
• Image Artistry's Photography has the sole and exclusive
right to apply for copyright protection for all and any part of this order.
